SACRED SELF: AN EMPOWERING 1:1 PROGRAM
Imagine a life of peace, ease, and freedom…one where you feel clear on your purpose, confident to express your authentic self to the world, and energetically aligned with the life of your dreams. Moving through whatever life throws at you with grace, trusting that everything you need is already inside of you.
In this intimate three or six month 1:1 container, you’ll have the opportunity to explore some of the foundational elements of spiritual healing and inner work covered in our group program, including inner child healing, shadow work, past life healing, and more - all at your own pace, with direct support and guidance along the way.
Together, we will craft rituals and practices that will support you in cultivating deeper self love and self acceptance. Utilizing powerful tools like hypnotherapy, reiki, somatic exercises, and plant medicine, we will clear subconscious and energetic blocks that may be holding you back from fully embracing the life you deserve.
This program is not only designed to provide a space that facilitates deep inner work, but to empower you with tools and practices that will continue to support you in every stage of your journey and help restore harmony and balance to your mind, body, heart, and spirit.
MY STORY
My personal healing journey began with a realization - I had spent most of my life running away from the things that haunted me, I hadn't succeeded, and I was too tired to keep running.
So, I made a decision: I was going to heal.
That choice took me down a path of exploration and learning, where I've spent the last 7 years diving deep within myself, the cosmos, and a vast array of modalities, medicines, and tools that support healing of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
