When our bodies are under constant stress, our energy is directed away from healing and toward survival.
Reiki facilitates a state of deep relaxation, allowing our own natural healing process to be enhanced and accelerated.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner directs healing energy through the chakras, or energy centers, aiming to remove blockages and restore balance and harmony to the mind,
body, heart, and spirit.
