Throughout the session, we may utilize a variety of healing modalities such as Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), quantum healing, spirit attachment release, ancestral healing, inner child healing, past life healing, somatic healing, and more. Due to the nature and depth of this work, it's recommended for those who are ready for serious transformation and healing. We will always take a gentle, trauma informed approach that honors your capacity and ensures that your system can process material in a way that feels safe. A discovery call is required for all new clients.
