Description
Embark on a profound 9-week journey of self love, self discovery, and self healing. This hybrid in person/online container will explore topics like inner child healing, shadow work, past life healing, and more with the support of group and individual hypnotherapy, somatic practices, and plant medicine. Clear blockages, cultivate self compassion, and align with your highest path, all in the loving support of community. Enrollment includes: 9 group sessions (in person + online), 3 one on one hypnotherapy sessions, 3 herbal ritual baths, self love ritual body oil, flower essence selected to support your unique intentions. Optional add ons: Reiki, sacred tobacco ceremony, custom hypnosis recording. 1:1 Sessions can be booked via a private link provided upon enrollment. Enrollment by application only.
